How often does the index update?

Monthly, as new documents are published by the Fort Worth city government.

Can I export data in bulk?

The free Lookup tier provides access to search and receipt links. The Estimator and Firm tiers include CSV export. Contact us for custom bulk exports.

Do you index TxDOT or other agencies?

Currently, Hubstake focuses on Fort Worth city contracts and CFAs. We're exploring expansions to other jurisdictions. Let us know what would be useful to you.

What if I find an error?

Please report it. Send us a note with the item name, the issue (e.g., "this is a duplicate," "the unit is wrong"), and any supporting details. We review and correct errors monthly.

Can you help me estimate a specific project?

Hubstake is a reference tool, not a design or estimating service. For professional estimates, consult an engineer or contractor. We're happy to help you interpret the index.

Do you offer data subscriptions or APIs?

Not yet. For now, we publish a JSON index and per-item observation files. If you need an API or data feed, let us know — your request helps us prioritize.
